Priced per publisher, not per call.

You never act on one call — you act on a publisher. So that is the unit: every publisher watched, 50 of their calls graded a week, however much volume they send.

Need more than 50 calls a publisher a week, or every call graded rather than sampled? That is the Enterprise tier and we will price it on your real call lengths rather than let you find out on an invoice.

Why fifty calls a week

Because it is where the maths stops paying you back, and we would rather show you that than sell you volume you do not need.

Every call100%0%

Simulated on a floor averaging 20% bad calls, flagging anything above 30%. Going from 50 to 100 buys seven points. Going from 100 to every call buys three. Most tools charge you for all of it and sample quietly anyway; we would rather tell you where the line is.

What happens to the recording

Worth being specific about, because a QA tool sits on top of the most sensitive thing your business handles.

◯

Personal details never get stored

Social security numbers, card numbers, security codes, bank details and dates of birth are stripped out as the call is processed — before the transcript is written to the database and before anything grades it. What is kept is a marker saying a social security number was asked for, never the number.

▣

Nobody can look it up later

Because the value was never written down, there is nothing to find. Not in the database, not in a backup, and not by us. That is a property of how it works rather than a promise about who we let in.

▶

Front-end retention where you need it

Some buyers require that only the opening of a call is kept. Set a window and only the front end is fetched and analysed — typically the agent's own portion plus a couple of minutes past the handoff. Anything beyond it is never downloaded at all.

◎

Sharing it does not hand over your business

Send a graded call to a buyer or back to a publisher and they open a link, with no account and no sign-in. What travels is the caller ID, the time, the length and the judgement. What does not is any name saying who you buy from or who you sell to — kept off the page and taken out of the transcript, where an agent will have said one aloud. Links expire, and you can kill one the moment you change your mind.

See it on your own calls first

Upload one now, or we will run a day of them and walk you through what it found.
