Call Dynamixs reads your calls from Retreaver, TrackDrive or Ringba. You paste in a key, we pull the recordings. There is nothing to install, nothing to change in your call flow, and no code anywhere.
All of it is already in your account. None of it requires anybody from your side beyond whoever can log in as an admin.
Two things: your API key, under Settings → My Account → API Access, where you press Show to reveal it. And your Company ID, at the top of Settings → Company.
Paste both into Settings here and you are done.
Your subdomain — the first part of your TrackDrive address, so
yourcompany out of yourcompany.trackdrive.com — and an
API keypair, a public key and a private key.
TrackDrive lets you set permissions per keypair, so you can issue us one that can only read. We would rather you did.
Your account ID, the one starting RA in your address bar,
and an API token from Security → API Access Tokens. Ringba tokens
do not expire, and an admin can revoke ours whenever you like.
Ringba is our newest connection. We confirm one detail with you on your first run and then it is set for good.
On something else, or nothing at all? You can upload recordings directly and skip all of this. Try it on one call first →
A date range, and if you want it narrower, one campaign, publisher or buyer. Or paste a column of caller IDs straight out of a spreadsheet when a buyer has sent you a disputed list.
Nothing to export, nothing to upload, no files to move around. English or Spanish, including a call that moves between the two.
Every call transcribed, speakers told apart, scored, with the quotes and timestamps behind the score. First results in minutes, not at the end of a rollout.
Worth knowing before you hand over a key, and worth us writing down.
We pull call records and recordings. We do not create, edit or pause anything in your platform, and we never touch your routing, your caps or your buyers.
It is stored against your account and used for your account only. No other customer's data is ever reachable with it, and none of theirs is reachable with yours.
Social security numbers, card numbers and bank details are hashed out as the call is graded, before anything is written down. How that works →
